5-Hour Energy and Direct Store Delivery Jobbers

To all Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Distributors,

As Living Essentials/ dba 5 Hour Energy moves forward into 2009 and beyond, they have carefully scrutinized their past practices analyzing their core business and form of distribution. To that end, they have developed a more direct and supportive approach, embracing the DSD jobbers who they believe can merchandise their racks and be proactive on inventory requirements.

This radical new sales strategy rewards the DSD with pricing reflective of hard work and a commitment to the 5-Hour Energy brand. The requirements to maintain DSD price structures are:

1) Digital Camera to capture compliance photographs. (we will require quarterly pictures of full rack requirements)

2) Computer to submit digital pictures

3) Credit card or credit application approval.

4) All orders must be sent to fax 561-367-0021 or emailed to bob@mrcheckout.net

5) There can be no conflict with regards to convenience store chains and their current form of distribution.
